Heal Yourself and Have More Love for Others. In today’s world, where external validation often shapes our self-worth, learning to love yourself is a transformative practice that positively impacts your relationships with others. Self-love is rooted in acceptance, compassion, and understanding, which we can extend not only to ourselves but also to those around us. When we nurture ourselves, it creates a ripple effect of kindness and empathy toward others.
The principle is simple: you can’t give what you don’t have. If you struggle with self-criticism or neglect, offering love, patience, and understanding to others becomes difficult. But when you embrace who you are, you radiate that same acceptance outward. Loving yourself isn’t about vanity; it’s about fostering inner peace and balance, which allows you to connect with others authentically.
Self-love goes beyond indulgence—it’s about inner harmony. By accepting your strengths and flaws, you forgive past mistakes and move forward. This self-acceptance fosters compassion for others, leading to healthier relationships.
When we stop judging ourselves harshly, we stop projecting that judgment onto others and start embracing them as they are. This increases peace not only for ourselves, but for our world and don't we need even more peace now?
For many, embracing self-love can be challenging, especially for those who have past trauma, low self esteem or self-doubt. This is where remote healing comes in. Remote healing involves sending healing energy to someone regardless of their location.
Through my Pechet Healing Technique, every session, I literally dissolve a deep seated emotional issue, (sometimes as far back as what occurred in the womb when they absorbed whatever was going on with their mother,) balance & align clients energetically, and help them reconnect with their inner selves.
Remote healing provides emotional support and helps individuals see their own worth, promoting self-love. As we heal, we begin to approach others with kindness, deepening
our connections. Ultimately, the more we love ourselves, the more love we can share,
creating a more loving world for everyone.
What would you still like to heal?
Love,
Ellie

She is very diligent and takes her time to serve you in each and every session. I consider my time with her as an investment in myself. Instead of spending dollars in other areas, Ellie saves money (and time) in the long run by getting to the root cause and addressing issues head on.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!"
