How are you sleeping?
John had insomnia for over 20 years. It used to take him hours to fall asleep. Now he falls asleep within a half hour. His restless leg syndrome has also improved a lot. Listen now.
Healing Insomnia Remotely

Last month, I shared about remotely healing physical conditions such as kidney stones, cancers, gastrointestinal symptoms, viruses and injuries (to name a few)
I also shared about the relevance of a person's past life in an issue or condition needing to be healed.
Let's talk about insomnia...
Insomnia is when you experience disruptions in how you feel or function because you aren’t sleeping well or sleeping enough.
According to a recent study by Cleveland Clinic, "1 in 3 people worldwide have insomnia symptoms"
(see link below)
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/12119-insomnia
"Sleep is as important for good health as diet and exercise. Good sleep improves your brain performance, mood, and health. Not getting enough quality sleep regularly raises the risk of many diseases and disorders. These range from heart disease and stroke to obesity and dementia.
Why is sleep so important for the brain?
Without sleep you can't form or maintain the pathways in your brain that let you learn and create new memories, and it's harder to concentrate and respond quickly." Jul 19, 2023
How is your sleep? Are you able to fall asleep easily?
Do you experience a peaceful night's sleep most nights?
Or, are you like a lot of people who find it difficult to fall asleep and once they do,tend to toss and turn throughout the night?
When a client comes to me with a sleep issue, one of the first things I scan them for is to see if there is a past life that might be affecting their ability to get a good night's rest. In my experience over the years, more often than not, a past life is involved when it comes to a sleep problem.
One example that seems to be pretty common among the sleep deprived is a past life in which the individual was supposed to be keeping watch overnight to protect his group whether it was family members, soldiers etc. In many cases, he or she fell asleep while supposed to be keeping watch and their group was attacked. The result almost always is an overwhelming sense of guilt and trauma over having failed their mission. The guilt settles in the unconscious and carries forward affecting their future lifetimes and their ability to sleep without anxiety, until is it identified and healed. My findings indicate that this becomes a more prevalent issue as the person gets closer to the age (in this current life) they were in the life when the original event happened.
Someone who was attacked or even killed while they slept in a past life, is also likely to experience a pattern of anxiety that affects their ability to relax and get a good night's sleep in this life.
People who have PTSD or Complex PTSD from night time abuse when they were children, as well as those who were abused by a partner as an adult are also likely to suffer from night time anxiety and an inability to feel safe enough to sleep peacefully.

ONE EXAMPLE:
Peter was a scientist who came to me for help with a case of insomnia that had plagued him for years. His inability to find a cure or get to the source of his sleep troubles in the mainstream medical field caused him to seek healing in a form that was metaphysical; both energetic and intuitive and I was recommended by a friend.
When I tuned into Peter to find the cause or causes of his sleep problem, I could see him as a Native American in a past life. In that life, he was supposed to keep watch overnight in case of attack by either white settlers or a hostile Native American tribe.
That night, he was very tired and ended up falling asleep on his watch. When he awoke, to his shock and dismay, he awoke to find the village being ravaged and his entire tribe was slaughtered.
He was overwhelmed with grief and guilt about not protecting his tribe and that incident became a significant soul memory which he carried into future lives, eventually leading to the pattern in his current life of chronic nightly anxiety and guilt, leading to his inability to sleep.
Peter found the information very helpful. He finally understood the core reason of his inability to sleep. I cleared the energetic karmic charge from that event. Peter was very appreciative that he was able to sleep peacefully and throughout the night...finally!
There can be other causes for difficulty falling asleep or sleeping soundly throughout the night. Life stress, a history of being abused, excessive worry about a current situation or person you care about can be contributing factors.
A poor diet with too much sugar or alcohol, especially close to bedtime can cause nightmares, headaches and frequent awakenings (not the good kind of 'awakenings'! :)) If you like to imbibe a bit, try to drink one drink or less. According to a trusted source, tequila is one of the only forms of alcohol that is not a depressant...
* And if you struggle with depression, anxiety, grief or trauma, I remotely and quickly heal these issues and more also.
4 TIPS FOR A BETTER NIGHT'S SLEEP :
1- Exercise earlier in the day. It's great because it releases the endorphins in the brain which are the feel good hormones.
2- Journal before you go to bed - it's a great way to download any thoughts, worries or concerns you might have onto paper especially, and get them out of your head.
3- Don't watch, read or listen to the news before bed!
4- Read some spiritual, uplifting material that will help you relax
