HAPPY SPRING! ALL ABOUT THE ANIMALS! April
The theme for this newsletter is devoted to all the pets and wildlife and the wonderful humans like you, who care for them. I've always felt a strong connection to all animals and know that protecting them when there is an opportunity to do so, (expected or unexpected) is one of the responsibilities I took on this life. It feels normal to me, and as a natural born Shaman, I have a strong connection to Mother nature and all of her creatures. I hope you can take a few minutes to enjoy these stories, which are just a smidgen of the many animals I continue to help, starting when I was a child.

Tito bandito as I call him, was left behind by his human when she was evicted from my neighborhood. Sitting on the concrete fence, waiting to be fed night after night, with no one showing up for him, one day, I brought some dry cat food with me to where he was perched, and he eagerly followed the trail I left as I walked us back to my house. It has been over 2 years since that day and he has enjoyed his comfy life ever since. I've healed a few issues for him, such as a UTI in one session - saving him from what would have been a stressful trip to a vet to cure something I could heal naturally. He has been a real joy in my life
(I think it just might be mutual.)

Fortunately, I can heal grief over the loss of a pet or human in just 1 or 2 sessions.
HAPPY SPRING! Duck with her ducklings at the Wildlife Sanctuary in Irvine, CA
Watch this video of the duck sifting through the silt looking for nutrients. In ponds and lakes that allow fishing, (this one does not, fortunately) this is how ducks get fishing hooks caught in their beaks, which they cannot remove and often drown trying to get it out. If you know someone who fishes, do your part and make them aware.
BREATHE as you watch these sweet videos...

TURTLES: A few years ago, I was the first person to discover a turtle crossing on a bridge spanning between 2 towns in MA and worked diligantly with both towns to be able to have Turtle Crossing signs like this one that I had made, put in place to increase the awareness of the folks driving across the bridge so they would slow down. The curious thing was that the north/south watershed group (which was very close by) was unaware that this heavily trafficked bridge was a turtle crossing!
Speaking of turtles...be on the lookout! , it is that time of year once again from March until August when turtles are laying their eggs so look out for turtles on roads and bridges especially. You may see that them trying to crawl to the other side to lay their eggs. This happens every year, so please remember and pay attention. If you see one, stop your car, get out and carry her across the road in the same direction she is heading in. Otherwise, she will turn around and have to start all over again, increasing her risk of being run over and we don't want that! Turtles instinctively follow the exact same route every year, in spite of roads, steps, highways being built. Snapping Turtles: They need help too! If you see one, never, ever pick them up by their tail - this will cause a serious injury to their spine. Carefully, pick them up with one hand on each side, middle of their shell. They weigh approx. 20 lbs so be deliberate and careful - thank you for helping them!
If every person does even a small act of activism to help, remembering the connection between all living beings, human and non-human...what a difference it will make! |
The San Juaquin Wildlife Sanctuary in Irvine is one of the only places I know of that does NOT allow fishing in Orange County. Fishing causes LOTS of serious problems. Abandoned lines and hooks become weapons that injure innocent wildlife. Ducks, birds and other water fowl get caught in discarded fishing lines and hooks and are injured, often dying a slow, painful death. Central Park in Huntington Beach is one of the worst offenders with people bringing in their fishing poles, often carelessly discarding their lines and hooks in the water they are fishing in. Ducks and water birds depend on having ponds and lakes to swim and feed in. If you see something, say something. Help increase human awareness. (Unfortunately the L.O.C. (level of consciousness) in Orange County, CA is pretty low.) Go to the healing pets page on my website & scroll down to learn about the first wildlife project I did, pertinent to this issue shortly after I moved to Orange County. Watch the video below of me talking briefly about this project. |
Ducks: Central Park, Huntington Beach, CA. I learned from another good-deed-doer, about the history of children at this park chasing wild ducks who could not fly due to people feeding them BREAD, which has 0 nutritional value. That's right...White bread fills them up but does not give them any of the important nutrients they need. If you want to feed wild ducks, buy them grain that is specific for ducks or geese so they actually get some nutritional value. Over time, bread causes deformities, like their wings sticking out sidewise making them unable to fly. As a result of not being able to fly, many try to run to get away from kids chasing them. Ducks' feet are not built for running - as a result of running, some break their legs falling into holes trying to get away from being chased. Their parents are often passive or think it's "cute", and do nothing to stop the harmful behavior. I'm sure you will agree with me that parents should be teaching their children to respect all wildlife? |

HEALING PETS REMOTELY:

Ember felt so good after her session, she gave me a big kiss! After the attack, she completely shut down on all levels and stopped eating. Her human was very concerned and brought her to me the next day. By the end of the session, she was feeling much better. Later that day, her human told me she was eating again and back to herself.

This is Roxie. 13 years old. When I took this photo recently, she looked like she was on death's door. I worked with her remotely and was able to extend her life by 6 weeks. She had developed a huge tumor in her liver and was in a lot of discomfort (how could she not be?) I worked with this picture and the issue I intuited/diagnosed that needed to be cleared was toxins she had absorbed over the years, from her human and her human's mother. As I mentioned in the previous newsletter, dogs tend to do this...they come to help us and sometimes get sick, like with Roxie's tumor.
By diagnosing and clearing the toxins that had built up in her liver over time, AND balancing her, raising her vital life force and imprinting her with having a healthy liver, she was able to be here for her human for additional time, in this case, 6 weeks. She had been having trouble walking. After her session, her human told me she spontaneously started to run when she went on her walks in the next days!
If you or your pet needs my help, sign up for a free consultation or go ahead and sign up for a session and I will make time for you as soon as possible. Happy spring! Love, Ellie |

Thank you, Ellie!
I am so, so happy that I no longer feel heavy, anxious, or worried. I feel much more confident in myself, have more clarity about things, and just feel good overall. I even noticed that my posture has changed — I used to hunch all the time, and now I walk straight. I can’t wait to have another session with you.
Please let me know when we can meet again.
